" Vitali has been a pleasure to deal with. Professional, knowledgable and timely. He was efficient in ensuring the work ran smoothly and although not actively on-site he project managed his team and checked in with me everyday. I was very impressed with how polite and hardworking he and his team are. They removed a full chimney stack, repaired the roof, removed 4 internal chimney breasts and installed a new soil pipe, finishing the jobs in a timely and clean manner. I will definitely be using him and his team again. The team were on time very day, worked hard throughout each day and nothing was too much trouble. I was worried and nervous about this project but so pleased we used RDA refurbishments. "
